Privacy Policy
Quosnap provides software that contractors use to prepare and send quotes. Each contractor controls the customer information in their own workspace.
What we collect
Account details for company users (name, email, hashed password); company details and price lists; customer contact and service-address details entered by the contractor; quote content and customer responses; basic technical logs (IP address, browser type) for security.
How we use it
To run the service, deliver quotes and reminders on the contractor's behalf, keep accounts secure, and meet legal obligations. Customer data is never sold. Job descriptions may be processed by an AI provider to draft quotes when the contractor uses that feature.
Payments
Card details are handled by our payment processor (Stripe) and never stored by Quosnap.
Retention and your choices
Contractors can export or delete customer records. Retention periods, data location and the full list of service providers will be confirmed before launch.
