Terms of Service
These terms describe the use of Quosnap by contractor businesses and their staff.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the prices, taxes, terms and content of quotes you send, for reviewing AI-drafted quotes before approval, and for confirming your tax setup with an accountant or your local tax authority.
AI-assisted drafts
AI suggestions are a starting point. They can be wrong or incomplete and are always subject to human review and approval. Prices come only from your own price list.
Customer acceptance
Online acceptance records the customer's typed name, time and quote version. It is a record of acceptance, not a certified electronic signature.
Subscriptions
Plans, trial length, billing and cancellation terms will be finalised before launch.
